Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the site and support multiple locations. You will investigate incidents, manage regulatory inspections, conduct JSAs, and drive risk reduction with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in EHS, strong communication, supervisory experience, and the ability to train teams. Travel up to 20% and a benefits package including health, 401(k), life and disability insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading EHS programs in manufacturing or logistics.
• 5+ years of safety experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the EHS program.
• Investigate incidents and manage regulatory inspections and actions.
• Lead responses to safety incidents including near misses and OSHA recordables.
• Review incident trends and perform root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claim management and return-to-work efforts.
• Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and safety audits.
• Maintain OSHA and environmental sustainability records; support ISO 14001/45001.
