Qualifications

• 3+ years in EHS with heavy focus on safety.
• Willingness to travel 20%.
• Experience with training matrices or LMS preferred.
• Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and training to site leadership and employees.
• Advise on EHS compliance and preventive actions.
• Develop and review site risk assessments and hazard analyses.
• Manage safety committees and training records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate with HR on return-to-work programs.
• Support environmental reporting and program development.
• Monitor and report EHS metrics to leadership.
