Job summary

WM is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental and safety programs across operations projects. You will ensure regulatory conformance, interface with staff, customers, and regulators, and drive continual improvement in EHS performance.

The role includes developing new programs, managing IP and training, and traveling to customer sites to support best practices in safety and environmental management.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Science, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, or similar field.
• 10+ years of hands-on and programmatic Health & Safety/compliance experience.
• 5 years experience in manufacturing and industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or off-site EHS guidance and support to project staff.
• Conduct safety and environmental assessments and ISO audits for conformance.
• Travel to customer sites to implement EHS programs and best practices.
• Manage EHS projects/programs and develop new written programs and procedures.
• Track incidents, corrective actions, and safety metrics; perform data analysis.
