Job summary

MNP, LLC, a Fontana Gruppo Company, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager at our Utica, Michigan site. You will develop and sustain comprehensive EHS programs, partner with site leadership and HR, and embed a safety-driven culture across manufacturing operations.

The role requires 5+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing, CSP preferred, and ISO 14001 knowledge. Excellent communication and cross-site collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive EHS experience including site-level or plant EHS leadership.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
OSHA-30-hour and HAZWOPER 40-hour certified.
Degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or related field preferred.
ISO 45001/ISO 14001 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies for management review and implementation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards.
Lead investigations and root cause analyses of near misses and accidents.
