Job summary

ERM is seeking an experienced EHS Manager in Oak Hill, NY to provide environmental, health, and safety leadership and technical support at a client facility. The role is full-time and limited-term for 6 months, with potential extension, requiring on-site presence.

The role emphasizes managing compliance, risk, and continuous EHS improvements across manufacturing operations, including training, contractor safety, audits, and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant EHS experience in manufacturing or R&D environments.
• CSP certification and strong knowledge of federal/state/local regulations.
• Proficiency in incident investigation, risk assessment, and EHS program management.
• Ability to lead, train, and communicate effectively with site leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA, environmental, and company compliance across site.
• Manage EHS policies, permits, records, and documentation.
• Lead EHS program improvements including LOTO, Hot Work, Fall Protection, MOC.
• Provide daily EHS support to production, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Conduct incident investigations and drive corrective actions and lessons learned.
