Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety activities across Houston Operations, THI North, and THI South. You will supervise EHS personnel, drive regulatory compliance, and implement corporate EHS standards in multiple manufacturing sites.

You will manage incident investigations, corrective actions, audits, and training, while coordinating with the EHS Director and operations leadership. Travel to facilities will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, engineering, or industrial hygiene is preferred.
• 7+ years manufacturing EHS experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Forging, aerospace, heavy manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of EHS Specialists and EHS 6S team.
• Provides functional EHS support and technical direction for THI EHS personnel while administrative reporting remains with the Director of EHS.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Manage corrective action systems and closure accountability
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments
• Support OSHA, EPA, and regulatory inspections/reporting
• Manage contractor safety programs
• Support LOTO program execution
• Support confined space program execution
• Support mobile equipment and crane safety initiatives
• Develop and deliver EHS training
• Support capital projects and risk assessments
• Travel to THI facilities as required
• Support implementation of corporate EHS initiatives
• Case Management for injury/illness and Hearing Conservation.
