Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Houston seeks an EHS Supervisor to provide operational leadership and technical oversight for Environmental, Health, and Safety activities supporting Houston Operations, THI North, and THI South.

You will serve as the primary execution leader for EHS initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk reduction across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role directly supervises EHS personnel and acts as the liaison between operations leadership and the EHS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Multi-site experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in forging, aerospace, heavy manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of EHS Specialists and 6S team.
• Provides functional EHS support and technical direction for THI EHS personnel.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Manage corrective action systems and closure accountability.
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments.
• Support OSHA, EPA, and regulatory inspections/reporting.
• Manage contractor safety programs.
• Support machine guarding initiatives and LOTO program execution.
• Support confined space program execution.
• Support mobile equipment and crane safety initiatives.
• Lead safety engagement activities.
• Develop and deliver EHS training.
• Support capital projects and risk assessments.
• Travel to THI facilities as required.
• Support implementation of corporate EHS initiatives.
• Case management for injury/illness and Hearing Conservation.
