Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a hands-on Safety Supervisor to maintain visible leadership with PCC’s management and manufacturing teams while supporting the development of safety and industrial hygiene programs.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, training, and incident prevention across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in heavy industry safety, experience supervising professionals, and a strong ability to implement EHS strategies with maintenance and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of progressive safety experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience supervising safety professionals and implementing EHS strategies across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with interfacing with outside regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• CSP and ASP are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety professionals and coordinate EHS initiatives across sites.
• Support development and implementation of PCC’s safety and industrial hygiene programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety training, and incident prevention.
• Identify, evaluate, and control industrial hygiene exposures and ergonomic risks.
• Assist in hazardous waste handling/training and emergency coordination.
• Engage maintenance and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
• Communicate PCC’s safety program and vision throughout the organization.
