Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a hands-on Safety/Industrial Hygiene leader for our Oregon operations.

The role requires directing and supporting development of comprehensive safety and IH programs, ensuring OSHA compliance, providing training, and guiding injury prevention efforts across manufacturing teams. Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years in safety/environmental roles within heavy manufacturing, CSP or CIH preferred, with strong leadership, communication, and regulatory interface

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of progressive safety, environmental or industrial hygiene experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience leading safety programs and managing a safety team.
• Ability to develop and deliver safety training programs and write business plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, direct and support development of PCC’s safety and industrial hygiene programs.
• Provide programmatic direction for the plant’s safety initiatives and OSHA compliance.
• Support and develop PCC’s injury/incident prevention program and reduce injury frequency and workers’ compensation costs.
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve programs and act as safety advisor to plant leadership.
