Job summary

TPI Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor in the Houston area to lead environmental, health, and safety efforts across multiple sites.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, implementation of corporate standards, risk reduction, and site standardization. The EHS Supervisor will directly supervise EHS personnel, act as the primary liaison between operations leadership and the EHS Director, drive incident investigations and audits, manage corrective actions, support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years manufacturing EHS experience
• Multi-site experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of EHS Specialists and EHS 6S team.
• Provides functional EHS support and technical direction for THI EHS personnel while administrative reporting remains with the Director of EHS.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Manage corrective action systems and closure accountability
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments
• Support OSHA, EPA, and regulatory inspections/reporting
• Manage contractor safety programs
• Support machine guarding initiatives
• Support LOTO program execution
• Support confined space program execution
• Support mobile equipment and crane safety initiatives
• Lead safety engagement activities
• Develop and deliver EHS training
• Support capital projects and risk assessments
• Travel to local facilities as required
• Support implementation of corporate EHS initiatives
• Case Management for injury/illness and Hearing Conservation.
