Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across Houston Operations, THI North, and THI South. You will supervise EHS staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and align with corporate standards to reduce risk and engage employees.

The role requires 7+ years of manufacturing EHS experience, multi-site background, and prior supervision. Forging/aerospace exposure is preferred; travel to facilities will be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Multi-site experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Forging, aerospace, heavy manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of EHS Specialists and EHS 6S team.
• Provide functional EHS support and technical direction for THI EHS personnel.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Manage corrective action systems and closure accountability.
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments.
• Support OSHA, EPA, and regulatory inspections/reporting.
• Manage contractor safety programs.
• Support machine guarding initiatives and LOTO.
• Support confined space program execution.
• Support mobile equipment and crane safety initiatives.
• Lead safety engagement activities.
• Develop and deliver EHS training.
• Support capital projects and risk assessments.
• Travel to THI facilities as required.
• Support implementation of corporate EHS initiatives.
• Case Management for injury/illness and Hearing Conservation.
