Pandora is hiring a Senior Manager, EHS & Facilities for the Americas Omni Operations. Lead EHS, Sustainability, Facilities, Security, Workplace Services, and Employee Experience across the Americas Distribution Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in EHS, facilities, security, workplace services, operations, logistics, or distribution center environments.
• Proven experience leading teams, vendors, and complex site operations.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, facilities infrastructure, physical security, and risk management.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets, vendor contracts, and facility-related investments.
• Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives, operational change, and site improvement projects.
• Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to influence senior operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Facilities, Security, Workplace Services, and Employee Experience initiatives for the Americas Distribution Center.
• Develop and execute strategies that support safety, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, sustainability, and workplace excellence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, local requirements, and corporate standards while promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, business continuity, contractor safety, and security programs.
• Oversee building operations, maintenance programs, utilities, infrastructure, material handling equipment, workplace services, and facility improvement projects.
• Manage site security operations, access control, badging, visitor management, CCTV systems, and asset protection.
• Champion sustainability programs and environmental initiatives to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Own facility-related operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, service agreements, and long-term asset lifecycle planning.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Global functions to support business objectives and enhance employee experience.
• Influence senior leaders to drive accountability for safety, security, facility standards, and employee experience.
• Utilize data, audits, and inspections to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve workplace effectiveness and business performance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team aligned with Pandora's values.
