Pandora AME Operations seeks a Manager of E-Commerce Fulfillment to lead in-house e-commerce and marketplace fulfillment, shaping digital capabilities across DTC and marketplace channels.

You will build processes, scale operations, and manage a high-performing team with a data-driven mindset to ensure fast, accurate order execution and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of DTC distribution experience in e-commerce or fulfillment operations.
• Experience scaling DTC and marketplace fulfillment (Amazon preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) and fulfillment workflows.
• Proven ability to build processes and lead transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Adaptable and customer-focused.

The Pandora Operations team is committed to providing fast, accurate service to all customers while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our network.

This role will lead Pandora’s e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring seamless execution across both direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital fulfillment capabilities.

Your Role As Manager, E-Commerce Fulfillment

• Lead the transition of e-commerce fulfillment in-house, establishing processes, systems, and team structure
• Own onboarding and fulfillment readiness for marketplace vendors and future marketplace channels
• Oversee end-to-end order execution including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping
• Build scalable fulfillment processes to support growth across DTC and marketplace channels
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, including labor and capacity planning
• Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Planning, Digital, and Customer Experience teams
• Drive KPI performance including order accuracy, ship-on-time, and order cycle time
• Identify risks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution

What Is Needed To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field
• 5+ years of DTC Distribution experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or distribution operations
• Experience supporting or scaling DTC and/or marketplace fulfillment (Amazon preferred)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) and fulfillment workflows
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and lead operational transformation initiatives
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Maryland Salary: $111,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience
