• 8+ years in HRIS administration and configuration.
• 4+ years of people management preferred.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees day-to-day HRIS operations for Pandora North America.
• Develops and mentors team members, sets priorities and builds capabilities.
• Ensures data integrity and compliance across SuccessFactors and UltiPro.
• Generates reports and ad-hoc analysis using Cognos, SuccessFactors, and Excel.
• Partnes with Global People Technology on system improvements and automation.
• Maintains vendor data integrations and data confidentiality.
• Provides data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions.
