Job summary

Adobe is seeking a seasoned EHS leader to drive the Environmental, Health, and Safety program for the Americas region from our California operations. You will lead ongoing improvement of the EHS management system, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and foster a culture of safety across sites.

Reporting to the Global EHS Senior Manager, you'll collaborate with regional directors and site security, conduct audits, manage emergency plans, budget, and drive risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in progressive EHS roles, including regional or multi-site management.
• Strong knowledge of global EHS legislation and high-tech industry regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement effective EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS contact for the Americas region and regulatory agencies.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs for standardization and consistency.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance and maintain records across the region.
• Lead safety investigations to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate development and execution of emergency response plans and training.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the EHS framework.
• Integrate EHS considerations into business processes and communicate policies effectively.
• Manage the regional EHS budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
