You will partner with executive leadership, shape safety culture, and advance operational excellence through data-driven risk management and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in EHS or manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Environmental, Health, Safety, and Risk Management strategies across a multi-site manufacturing organization.
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational risk, safety performance, and future growth initiatives.
• Develop long-term strategies supporting operational excellence and workforce development.
• Utilize trend analysis, leading indicators, incident data, and risk assessments to drive decision-making.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; drive risk mitigation.
