Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, seeks a Senior Environmental Health and Safety Consultant for its Advisory Services team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role helps clients keep workplaces safe and compliant by conducting safety inspections, advising on OSHA regulations, developing policies, delivering trainings, and investigating incidents.

This is an onsite position at assigned client facilities and includes opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an EHS role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related scientific field.
• Familiar with Northern California CUPA requirements (San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client personnel regarding workplace safety issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Advise clients on OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Assist in developing EHS systems, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Inspect machinery and equipment and other engineered safety systems.
• Measure hazards using calibrated equipment and collect samples as defined.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and PPE evaluations.
• Identify hazards and help implement control measures such as ventilation adjustments.
• Investigate accidents and injuries and recommend remedial action.
• Deliver routine EHS trainings, including new employee orientation and hazard communication.
• Support business development by networking and client engagement.
