Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Consultant to support Advisory Services. The role involves conducting safety inspections, advising on OSHA and regulations, developing EHS policies, delivering trainings, and investigating incidents.

Travel to client sites is frequent, and the position reports to a Regional EHS Manager or Director. Onsite at client locations, based out of New Braunfels, TX, with opportunities for professional growth through safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an EHS capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field.
• Proven communication & customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections at client sites and advise on corrective actions.
• Advise clients on OSHA, fire code, and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and update safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Inspect machinery and equipment for safety compliance.
• Measure hazards (noise, ergonomics) using calibrated equipment.
• Conduct safety trainings (new employee orientation, hazard communication, forklift training).
• Investigate accidents and injuries and recommend remedial actions.
• Support business development through networking and client engagement.
