Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Senior Environmental Health and Safety Consultant to join our Advisory Services team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll conduct inspections, advise on OSHA standards, and help develop safety policies while supporting business development.

The role requires 3+ years in EHS, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with CA CUPA requirements. Onsite work at client facilities, with potential for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an EHS capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related scientific field.
• Familiar with Northern California CUPA requirements (San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Alameda County).
• Proven communication & customer service skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client personnel regarding workplace safety issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Advise clients on occupational health and safety standards, including OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Help develop areas of occupational health and safety systems, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Inspect machinery and equipment for safety systems such as lifting devices, guards, or scaffolding.
• Measure hazards (noise, ergonomics) using calibrated equipment and samples per SOP.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and evaluate PPE use per regulations.
