Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Senior Environmental Health and Safety Consultant to support our Advisory Services team. You will conduct safety inspections, advise on OSHA and other regulations, draft safety policies, deliver trainings, investigate incidents, and help with recordkeeping.

The role is onsite at client facilities in the Bay Area. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in EHS, a Bachelor's in a related field, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an EHS role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field.
• Familiar with Northern California CUPA requirements (e.g., San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and advise on OSHA and regulatory standards.
• Develop and update occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Deliver EHS trainings and investigations of incidents.
• Assist in evaluating machinery and safety systems (guards, lifting devices, PPE).
• Measure hazards (noise, ergonomics) using calibrated equipment and collected samples as defined.
• Draft accident reports and complete OSHA recordkeeping forms.
• Support business development by networking and client engagement.
