Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Consultant to join our Advisory Services team. You will help clients maintain safe, compliant workplaces by performing safety inspections, advising on OSHA standards, and mitigating hazards.

The role includes policy development, trainings, incident investigations, and records management. Based at our New Braunfels, TX location with frequent travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an EHS capacity.
• Proven track record of excellent communication & customer service with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client personnel regarding workplace safety issues and corrective actions.
• Advise on OSHA and regulatory standards for occupational safety.
• Develop and update health and safety policies, procedures and manuals.
• Inspect machinery and equipment safety systems and lifting devices.
• Measure hazards (noise, ergonomics) using calibrated equipment and samples.
• Conduct safety inspections and PPE compliance observations.
• Identify hazards and advise on corrective controls such as ventilation changes.
• Investigate accidents and recommend remedial actions.
• Deliver routine EHS trainings (orientation, hazard communication, forklift training).
• Write accident reports and complete OSHA recordkeeping forms.
• Support business development through networking and client engagement.
