Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Senior Environmental Health and Safety Consultant to join our Advisory Services team. The role is onsite at client locations and based out of New Braunfels, TX, with frequent travel.

You will conduct safety inspections, advise on OSHA and other regulations, develop safety policies, deliver trainings, investigate incidents, and help ensure safe, compliant workplaces. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in EHS, a Bachelor's in a related field, strong communication

Qualifications

3+ years in an EHS capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Communicate with client personnel regarding workplace safety issues and corrective actions.
Advise clients on OSHA, fire code, and other regulatory standards.
Develop areas of EHS systems, policies, procedures, and manuals.
Inspect machinery and safety systems and assess hazards.
Measure hazards (noise, ergonomics) using calibrated equipment and samples.
Conduct safety inspections and PPE compliance assessments.
Identify and mitigate health hazards and adjust controls.
Investigate accidents and recommend remedies.
Deliver routine EHS trainings (orientation, hazard communication, forklift training).
Write reports and complete OSHA recordkeeping forms.
Support business development through networking and client engagement.
