Job summary

TS Conductor is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and drive sustainable safety practices across the site in Huntington Beach, California.

You will develop and manage EHS programs, lead audits and incident investigations, train staff, and report KPIs to leadership. A strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations and 5+ years in manufacturing EHS is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant in an EHS role.
• OSHA/CSP/CIH/NEBOSH certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs and emergency plans.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct EHS audits and training sessions.
• Report EHS metrics to management and maintain records.
