Job summary

CSP Composite is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety leader to drive safety programs across its Huntington, Grabill, OH, and Van Wert facilities. You will guide policy development, conduct training, and monitor compliance with OSHA and EPA standards while maintaining a safe factory environment.

The role requires collaboration with operations, HR, and management to minimize injuries and costs, with occasional travel for audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• ISO 14001 knowledge and risk assessment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing EH&S environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives with strong leadership and training.
• Develop and implement Health & Safety policies and programs.
• Coordinate and provide safety training across facilities and staff.
• Investigate and maintain records for work-related injuries and illnesses; analyze data to improve safety outcomes.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation programs to minimize injuries and costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, RCRA, DOT, and Fire Codes.
