Job summary

True Environmental is seeking a Client Development Leader to drive the business development of the EHS/Industrial Hygiene practice. You will manage key accounts, client relationships, and strategic initiatives to grow consulting services.

You will lead proposal development, pursue new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and mentor project teams while promoting client satisfaction across mining and related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years in environmental consulting, A/E/C or related industry.
• 10+ years in business development and building client relationships.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and business software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for the EHS/Industrial Hygiene practice.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities and cultivate client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts to reach revenue targets.
• Develop proposals for potential projects and programs.
• Represent the company at industry events to promote services.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
