Stellent IT LLC is seeking a QA/Test Manager to lead end-to-end validation across EHR modules in a 12-month contract in Austin, TX, with remote/local candidates. You will oversee test planning, data migration validation, ETL testing, and release testing across clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, and billing workflows.

Qualified candidates have 11+ years in QA leadership within healthcare/EHR environments, strong experience with ETL and data migration, and proficiency in Azure DevOps, ALM,

Qualifications

• 11+ years QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager experience.
• 11+ years EHR testing across clinical/administrative workflows.
• 11+ years ETL testing, data validation, migration, and reconciliation.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, CCD/A, ICD, CPT.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and validation testing across EHR modules (clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, billing).
• Validate data migration and conversion from legacy to modern systems.
• Test ETL processes, interfaces, inbound/outbound feeds, and downstream reporting.
• Validate patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records.
• Perform SaaS configuration and release testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate testing with vendors, IT, clinical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end validation of clinical and administrative workflows.
