Job summary

Aptive is seeking a dynamic Consulting Senior Consultant to support Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) efforts under our VA Rapid Decision Making Contract. This role drives end-user education materials, coordinates the Tiered Hub Process, and ensures alignment with VHA and CPMO standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong project management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years consulting, preferably with federal clients or large-scale process initiatives.
• SAFe Agile certification preferred; familiarity with Jira/Jira Align/Mural.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and data-driven decision making, define success measures and track performance.
• Serve as project manager for assigned workstreams, manage dependencies and drive execution.
• Plan within SAFe cadence: write features, manage backlog, support PI planning and sprints.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards translating data into actionable findings.
• Develop executive-ready deliverables and presentations meeting client branding.
