Job summary

Aptive Resources is seeking a Health IT Program Manager to lead enterprise EHR modernization efforts for IHSC across multiple offices. You will direct planning, governance, roadmaps, and performance reporting, and advise senior leadership on status and strategic tradeoffs.

The role requires PMP, expert Health IT knowledge, and experience managing large-scale, multi-component programs within federal health IT, HIPAA/HITECH, and security requirements.

Qualifications

• PM experience required.
• PMP certification required.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise Health IT systems, including EHR modernization.
• Understanding of federal IT policy, HIPAA/HITECH, and IT security requirements.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-component Health IT programs.
• Strategic planning with integrated roadmaps and milestone tracking.
• Proven governance structures, executive reporting, and decision processes.
• Experience with acquisition planning, contract oversight in a federal environment.
• Ability to obtain DHS/ICE fitness determination and execute a DHS NDA.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise EHR and Health IT programs across offices and domains.
• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and milestones across initiatives.
• Establish governance structures, executive briefings, steering forums, and decision tracking.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Oversee program performance metrics, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Support acquisition planning, contract execution, and contractor performance oversight with the COR.
• Ensure activities align with federal IT policy, security requirements, and healthcare regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on status, tradeoffs, and resource needs.
