Job summary

Saisystems Health seeks a Senior EHR Optimization Advisor to lead client engagements, advising on configuration, template design, and workflow improvements, and partnering with leadership to drive user adoption.

The role combines hybrid on-site and remote advisory work, focusing on clinical usability, documentation efficiency, and value-based care reporting.

You will collaborate with CMOs, medical directors, IT teams, and RCM/VBC specialists to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics or related field or equivalent experience.
• EHR vendor certification or platform expertise strongly preferred.
• 5–8+ years in EHR implementation/optimization.
• 3+ years client-facing consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with major EHR platforms and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary EHR consulting expert for assigned clients.
• Conduct EHR utilization assessments and deliver optimization roadmaps.
• Advise on template design, order sets, notes; support coding and billing workflows.
• Guide clients through upgrades, implementations, and change management.
• Ensure configurations support quality reporting and population health.
