Job summary

Jobgether in partnership with a federal healthcare client seeks an EHRM Project Manager in the United States to lead cross-functional workstreams, drive SAFe ceremonies, and deliver dashboards, MOAs, COAs, and SOPs for an enterprise EHR modernization program.

You will translate complex clinical, informatics, and technical data into executive-ready briefings, manage dependencies, and mentor teams in agile practices, with a focus on end-user adoption and training in a fast-paced federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of consulting experience, preferably in federal advisory.
• Experience with EHR/EHRM and federal healthcare environments preferred.
• PMI-PMP or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and leading Agile ceremonies.
• Familiarity with Jira/Jira Align and collaboration tools.
• Experience with VA/VHA/DoD FEHR initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Plan SAFe cadence: PI Planning, backlog, features and user stories.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics for leadership.
• Prepare executive-level documents and strategy materials.
• Engage stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Support end-user education, training, and adoption efforts.
• Manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and quality.
