Job summary

Ascend Vision Partners is seeking a Senior Integration and Clinical Applications Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for Nextech IntelliChart Pro EHR and Nextech Practice Plus PM across the organization’s locations. The role focuses on application support, system configuration, workflow optimization, and implementation tasks from pre-go-live through post-go-live optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years supporting ambulatory EHR/PM systems, ophthalmology preferred.
• Direct Nextech IntelliChart Pro or Nextech Practice Plus experience.
• Experience across the system implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical, scheduling, billing workflows.
• HIPAA knowledge and patient-data privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow analysis with clinical, front-office, back-office, and revenue cycle teams.
• Design configurations aligning Nextech with workflows and billing needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to plan, test, and deploy updates.
• Develop go-live readiness assessments, cutover plans, and training materials.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and drive continuous improvement.
