CommonSpirit Health is seeking an IT Sr. Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical integrations across enterprise systems.

You will drive complex projects, troubleshoot sophisticated data flows, and optimize performance while ensuring data integrity and interoperability. This role focuses on Clinical and Revenue Cycle domains, leading multi-facility teams and coordinating reviews to align with business and technical requirements; strong API/ESB experience is

Formación

• 7-8 years of healthcare integration experience.
• Experience with hospital workflows (Clinical and Revenue Cycle).
• Strong knowledge of integration platforms and protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring, and delegating.
• Lead in major incidents or failure scenarios when required.
• Participate in on-call rotations and major incident resolution as needed.
• Lead smaller EAI teams in medium to large projects and coordinate development work.
• Heavy focus on Clinical and Revenue Cycle management product lines and workflows.
