Regard is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Clinical Integrations team, shaping the data ingestion and normalization strategy that powers our clinical data foundation. You will own the concept library and shared models, partnering with engineers and clinical SMEs to define roadmaps and data quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Technical comfort with data pipelines, ETL/ELT patterns, APIs, and schema design.
• Experience owning an integration, ingestion, or data normalization product.
• Experience owning an internal API or platform service with internal teams as customers.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented; able to dig into data issues and understand root causes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable collaborating with engineers, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional product teams.
• Service-oriented and forward-looking; focused on reliability, completeness, and the experience of the teams that depend on your product.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Integrations team, owning the roadmap for data ingestion and normalization, the clinical concept library, and shared data models across the platform.
• Scale and stabilize ingestion infrastructure as data volume and source diversity grow.
• Own the data normalization layer, ensuring downstream products receive consistent, standardized clinical data.
• Coordinate with clinical subject-matter experts to maintain and expand the concept library.
• Define and enforce SLAs for data completeness, accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Advocate for users and downstream product teams by translating workflows into priorities for the Clinical Integrations roadmap.
• Prioritize pipeline reliability, concept library maintenance, and new integration capabilities.
• Monitor service health and iterate to improve fetch performance, mapping accuracy, and data quality.
