The position requires 3+ years in healthcare applications, strong analytical and project coordination skills, and approximately 25-35% travel to supported sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting healthcare applications, EHR/PM platforms, or clinical systems.
• Hands-on experience with application administration, configuration, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise healthcare applications, prioritizing ModMed EMA and Practice Management.
• Configure users, roles, permissions, schedules, templates, and workflows; manage system settings.
• Analyze workflows to identify simplifications, standardization, automation, and better user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and distinguish between configuration, training, and integration problems.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation for new features.
