Premium Health seeks a Sr. Manager for Clinical Applications & Digital Patient Experience to lead clinical applications and patient engagement initiatives.

This leader balances hands‑on configuration with team leadership, aiming to standardize workflows and optimize the patient path across multiple systems. Responsibilities include designing workflows, driving adoption, and partnering with IT, revenue cycle, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows and multi‑specialty environments.
• Experience with EHR platforms like eClinicalWorks, Office Practicum, Phreesia, Azara DRVS, Meditex.
• Understanding of revenue cycle processes, clinical documentation, coding, and billing.
• Experience designing and optimizing digital patient engagement workflows.
• Strong change management, user adoption, and training capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical workflows design, standardization, and optimization across systems.
• Lead digital patient experience initiatives, scheduling, portals, and intake tools.
• Define a roadmap for clinical applications and integration with EHRs and vendors.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive go‑live readiness, training, adoption metrics, and post‑implementation optimization.
