Qualifications

• 7–9+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale IT implementations from planning through production/operations.
• Active PMP certification through PMI for at least 5 years.
• Experience implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new EHR system, including transition to operations and maintenance.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and govern all project activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed Project Management Plans, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables matrices.
• Coordinate testing and implementation activities with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and recommendations for senior leadership.
