• 7-9+ years PM experience in IT projects.
• Experience implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Active PMP certification through PMI for a minimum of 5 years.
• Experience leading large-scale IT implementations.
• Experience coordinating multiple IT teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a new EHR system, including transition to operations and maintenance.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and govern all project activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plans, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables matrices.
• Coordinate training, orientation, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with IT PMO standards and procedures.
