Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced healthcare IT professional to support the implementation, administration, and optimization of EHR and eMAR applications, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

You will develop workflows, collaborate across teams, provide application support, deliver training, and drive QA and audits to maintain compliance. Travel up to 50% may be required for multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting, ideally within healthcare technology or business applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with Yardi EHR, eMAR, and related modules.
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, clinical workflows, and EHR best practices.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and medical terminology; medical billing experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of project management and Agile practices, with the ability to coach and support others.
• Demonstrated ability to manage portfolios of work, prioritize competing demands, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-management, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment with a high degree of independence.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% outside the local area, including overnight travel.
• Successful completion of required background, drug, employment, education, and credential verification checks.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, administration, and optimization of EHR/eMAR applications.
• Develop and optimize workflows related to electronic health records.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to training programs across formats to aid user adoption.
• Conduct routine audits for user provisioning and compliance.
• Establish QA processes and best practices for solution delivery.
• Manage multiple workstreams, identify risks, and coordinate mitigations.
• Prepare status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
