Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in EHR and revenue cycle applications. You will help solve complex problems, mentor junior analysts, and support collaboration across clinical and operational teams to enhance patient care.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of EHR systems support experience, preferably with Cerner, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position primarily offers remote work with some on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in EHR systems support and optimization, preferably Cerner.
• Proficiency with revenue cycle applications such as Cerner Patient Accounting and others.
• Basic understanding of Cerner Command Language (CCL).

Responsibilities

• Act as optimization consultant for EHR modules and connected applications.
• Oversee high-priority application issues and coordinate resolution.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts in technical skills and workflow design.
