Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced EHR administrator to oversee enterprise EHR systems across our organization in the United States. You will lead optimization, data integrity, and user training to ensure reliable care documentation.

Collaborate with stakeholders, support on-site and remote teams, implement design updates, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years on-site EHR/EMR implementations, user training, and system optimization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, support, and optimization of enterprise electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with patient care objectives.
• Manage data systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of information.
• Maintain and update EHR databases in accordance with organizational standards and local requirements.
• Support user training, education, and system optimization both remotely and on-site as needed.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalation as appropriate.
• Assist with EHR design updates and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver effective training programs to promote user proficiency and system adoption.
• Provide training to individuals and groups, including clinical staff, providers, and administrative teams.
