General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Indian Health Service.

This remote-based role requires the candidate to reside in the United States and will involve documenting changes and requirements for clinical applications across clinicians, developers, and federal staff. Responsibilities include analyzing needs, managing requirements in Azure DevOps, creating use cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
• 8+ years of technical requirements analysis and RE experience in Waterfall and Agile SDLC.
• Experience creating process/data flow diagrams, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Experience leading change control, backlog management and impact analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Visio.
• Experience writing use cases and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to define functional and non-functional requirements for EHR projects.
• Document and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle in the requirements repository (Azure DevOps).
• Perform functional modeling to support analysis and design.
• Manage project backlogs and support prioritization activities.
• Collaborate with clients to determine optimal design solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, manuals, and training materials.
• Assist in developing test cases and scripts for UAT.
• Coordinate with software teams and meet contract reporting requirements.
• Collect and report metrics on requirements and priorities.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, clinicians, and stakeholders.
• Provide status reports to PMO/Lead Analyst.
