General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to document changes and requirements for clinical applications within the Indian Health Service.

You will collaborate with clinicians, developers, and federal staff to capture functional and non-functional requirements and maintain artifacts throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating requirements documents, use cases, and test scripts; performing functional modeling; managing backlogs; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of technical requirements analysis and requirements engineering experience.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Experience creating process and data flow diagrams, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Experience writing use cases and user stories.
• Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a remote or geographically dispersed team.
• Minimal travel (once per year) may be required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to define functional and non-functional requirements across projects for the electronic health record system.
• Document and manage requirements throughout the full lifecycle within the requirements repository (Azure DevOps).
• Perform functional modeling to support requirements analysis and solution design.
• Manage project backlogs and support prioritization activities.
• Consult with clients to determine optimal design solutions for assigned projects.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, user manuals, addendums, presentations, and training materials.
• Assist in developing test use cases and scripts for user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with software development teams and comply with contract reporting requirements.
