Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with clinicians, developers, and federal staff to document changes and requirements for clinical applications. This REMOTE BASED ROLE requires US residency and does not sponsor visas.

You will analyze needs, document requirements, and manage backlogs while collaborating with stakeholders to design effective EHR solutions and ensure successful delivery in Azure DevOps environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technical requirements analysis and Requirements Engineering (RE).
• Experience creating process and data flow diagrams, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Experience managing change control activities including backlog management and impact analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Visio.
• Experience writing use cases and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to define functional and non-functional requirements for EHR projects.
• Document and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle in the requirements repository (Azure DevOps).
• Perform functional modeling to support analysis and solution design.
• Manage project backlogs and support prioritization activities.
• Collaborate with clients to determine optimal design solutions and produce user manuals and training materials.
