General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with clinicians, developers, and federal staff to document changes and requirements for clinical applications.

This is a remote-based role with US residency required; visa sponsorship is not provided. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of technical requirements analysis, experience with EHR systems, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as described.
• 8+ years of technical requirements analysis and RE in Waterfall and Agile SDLC.
• Experience creating process and data flow diagrams, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Experience managing change control, backlog, scope, and impact analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office suite including Visio.
• Experience writing use cases and user stories.
• Ability to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in remote or dispersed teams; limited travel.

Responsabilités

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document and manage requirements in the requirements repository (Azure DevOps).
• Create functional models to support analysis and design.
• Manage project backlogs and support prioritization.
• Consult with clients to determine optimal design solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and training materials.
• Assist in test use case development and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with software teams and adhere to contract reporting.
• Report metrics related to requirements and priorities.
• Provide status updates to PMO/Lead Analyst.
