Qualifications

• Current Epic Certification.
• 2–5 years of experience as an EHR Application Analyst or Health IT Analyst.
• Experience in Epic systems or similar EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced system support for the EHR system and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead system optimization efforts to improve performance and usability across modules.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with IT, clinicians, and vendors.
• Oversee maintenance activities, software updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Coordinate testing and validation for system changes and governance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage as needed.

Education

Degree in Computer Science, healthcare or related field
