Job summary

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Senior EHR Analyst to act as a subject matter expert for EHR and revenue cycle systems.

You will lead design, build, configuration, and optimization of Cerner modules and connected applications, aligning with best practices and organizational priorities. You will collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, financial, and technical domains to ensure system reliability, workflow efficiency, and compliance, mentoring junior analysts and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in EHR systems support and optimization (Cerner strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with revenue cycle applications such as Cerner Patient Accounting and Charge Services.
• Basic understanding of Cerner Command Language (CCL).
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advanced EHR and core application support for Cerner modules and connected apps.
• Oversee troubleshooting for high-priority issues, coordinating with vendors and interfaces.
• Analyze and optimize clinical and financial workflows across departments.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials; mentor junior analysts.
• Support governance, compliance, and strategic planning meetings.
