Nordic is seeking an Epic Radiant/Cupid Senior Analyst to deliver advanced EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting for complex clients. The role involves handling system requests, documenting changes, and ensuring regulatory and SLA adherence, under supervision.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, project, and customer-service skills, with 8+ years in the field and active Epic certification. Some travel and on-call rotations may be required as part of Managed Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Active Epic Radiant or Cupid Certification.
• 1–5+ years of direct experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for EHR applications to ensure integrity, integration, and stability.
• Handle system requests, analyze requirements, and perform system build and testing.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems, adhering to SLAs and change control policies.
• Support multiple client builds and processes, with oversight from Application Advisors.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and contribute to internal initiatives.
