Job summary

Nordic seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver Epic-related consulting for Nordic clients. You will apply technical expertise to client system builds, identify and resolve problems, and mentor project teams on build strategy.

You will track risks and issues, document workflows, and lead meetings on project status. Strong communication, organizational skills, and PMP are preferred; Epic certification required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Epic work experience.
• At least 1 current Epic certification (Radiant, Cupid).
• Some project management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Mentor client project teams on build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues; analyze workflows.
• Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation.
• Lead meetings regarding project status and ongoing work-product coordination.
