Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Analyst for Epic Radiant/Cupid to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex clients. You will handle advanced troubleshooting, system upgrades, and ensure SLA compliance under supervision. Strong communication and ITIL-aligned processes are essential.

You will manage multiple client projects, perform requirement analysis, and contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Active Epic Radiant or Cupid Certification required.
• 1-5+ years of direct experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, build, and testing of EHR modules.
• Manage multiple client assignments with SLAs and ticketing systems.
• Document requests and incidents accurately; follow change control policies.
• Assist in onboarding and mentor team members; support change management.
