Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior EH&S Technician in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada, to help implement the EH&S management system and support the Path2Zero program, driving safe and compliant operations. You’ll provide hands-on IH, environmental and health & safety activities, serving as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

You will mentor teams, ensure compliance in daily tasks, and help achieve site EH&S goals through data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years EH&S or related experience.
• Canada work eligibility; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implements detailed, task level EH&S programs and work processes.
• Ensures EH&S aspects are applied to achieve performance goals.
• Acts as plant contact for Environmental, IH, and Health & Safety issues.
• Coaches teams on EH&S tasks and activities.
• Supports development and achievement of EH&S goals.
• Performs monitoring, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
